    Very good advice. Especially if you have anaemia or a vit A deficiency!

    I love graffiti sometimes, like the cheery "Good Morning" at Cullercoats metro station. Is that still there?

    If they are going to defile the place, at least they should learn that it is "It's" not "its." Plus, we need a period after "liver." Poor grammar and spelling from our vandals is not to be tolerated.
